Privacy policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Nuit takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains which personal data we process on the nuit-app.com website, why we use it and what rights you have. The Nuit and Nuit AD apps will have their own policy, available inside each app before you sign up.
Data controller
The controller of the data you send us through this website is Nuit. For any privacy question, write to the contact address shown in the footer of this page.
What data we process
This website is informational and does not require an account. We only process personal data when you send it to us:
- Nuit AD contact form: name, email, profile type (venue, promoter, artist or other), city and your message.
- Launch notice: your email, so we can tell you when Nuit is available.
- Emails you send directly to our contact address.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. See the cookie policy for details.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and, if you run a venue or promote events, to show you Nuit AD. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To tell you about the launch of the app. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with this data.
How long we keep it
We keep the data while our conversation with you lasts or until the launch you asked to be notified about. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. To handle the forms we may rely on service providers (for example a form or email service) acting as processors, who may only use the data to provide that service to us. Some of them may be outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer is covered by the safeguards in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to our contact address. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the apps launch. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
